Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of limobyai.com and the LimoByAI software and services (the "Service"). By using the Service, booking a demo or signing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
If you have a signed agreement or order form with us, it takes priority over these Terms where they differ.
The Service
LimoByAI provides AI agents that communicate with your customers by phone, SMS, email, WhatsApp, website chat and social messaging, together with a booking and operations panel (bookings, coupons, slot blocking, fleet, packages, add-ons, roles, integrations and reporting). Each Client's setup is configured on the Client's own domain and accounts. Features depend on your plan and the third-party services connected.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping login details secure, for the users you invite, and for the roles and permissions you give them. Tell us right away about any unauthorised access.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, prices, policies and availability. The AI answers from what you give it.
- Obtain any consent required to contact your customers, including consent for text messages, and honour opt-out requests.
- Comply with laws that apply to you, including telemarketing, SMS (such as A2P 10DLC registration), call-recording, consumer protection and privacy laws.
- Have your own privacy policy and terms for your customers.
- Review escalations and approval requests, such as refunds, in a timely way.
AI limitations
AI can make mistakes. LimoByAI is designed to answer from your knowledge base and live data, to escalate when unsure, and to leave refunds and other sensitive decisions to you. You remain responsible for your business decisions and for checking important bookings. You can take over any conversation or switch any channel off at any time.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties such as telephony and SMS providers, AI model providers, email providers, payment processors, hosting and calendar or marketing tools. Their availability, pricing and terms are outside our control. Usage charges from these providers, such as call minutes, SMS and AI usage, are billed as agreed in your order and may be passed through at cost.
Fees and payment
Setup fees, monthly fees and payment milestones are set out in your order or proposal. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once the related work has started. We may pause the Service for overdue invoices after giving notice.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited marketing, to contact people who have opted out, to mislead or impersonate others, to break any law, to attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to, or to overload or reverse-engineer the Service.
Data and confidentiality
You own your business data and your customers' data. We process it to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Each party will keep the other's confidential information private and use it only for this relationship.
Intellectual property
LimoByAI, its software, workflows, design and branding belong to us and our licensors. You receive a non-exclusive right to use the Service during your subscription. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the Service.
Disclaimers
We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular number of bookings or revenue.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost bookings or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.
Term and cancellation
Either party may end the Service as set out in your order. When it ends, your access stops and we can provide an export of your data on request within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
